Non-negotiable. The morning sets the tone for everything else. Break this and the whole day tilts.
RULE 02 β THE SOBER WINDOW
Sunday to Wednesday: zero drinks.
Thursday to Saturday: live your life. 4 days a week where your brain runs at full capacity.
RULE 03 β DEEP WORK IS SACRED
9 AMβ12 PM is locked.
No social media, no errands, no casual scrolling. Every morning block you protect is worth 3x an average afternoon.
RULE 04 β ONE ADVENTURE PER WEEK
One real experience minimum per week.
Hike, research trip, new cafΓ©, new restaurant. Prevents tunnel vision. Also feeds content.
RULE 05 β ACCURACY OVER SPEED
Always verify stats on Hockey-Reference.
One factual error destroys the credibility you've spent months building. When in doubt, check it twice.
RULE 06 β REST IS PRODUCTIVE
Saturday afternoons are protected. Full stop.
You are not wasting time β you are recharging the engine. A drained Chris produces bad work.
RULE 07 β THE CHANNEL GATE
No faceless channel before Week 4.
Gate check: golf reel done + Habstory content banked + job leads active. All three true β go. Otherwise β park it.
RULE 08 β LOG EVERY DAY
3 sentences before bed. No exceptions.
